How to Create a Notification Alert

Quick Steps

  1. Go to your Automations app and find the Tour Scheduled Artie under the Lifecycle Plays and click its "Edit" button.
  2. Click on the "+ New THEN" button, then select the option “Alert CRM” under the Action Type dropdown field.
  3. Finally select from the Action Item dropdown "Tour Scheduled" and save your changes.

Tutorial Guide

In this tutorial, you will learn how to set up a Tour Scheduled Notification Alert in the Automation app. When that action occurs, your agents will be alerted about a new tour being scheduled in their hyCRM.

These alerts are optional, the advantage you gain by adding them to your hyTours automations allows you and your agents to be updated whenever these events occur. However, you will only receive the alerts while under the hyCRM app.

Step 1 - Navigate to Tour Scheduled Artie

Go to your Automations app and find the Tour Scheduled Artie under the Lifecycle Plays and click its "Edit" button.

Step 2 - Add New Then Function

Click on the "+ New THEN" button, then select the option "Alert CRM" under the Action Type dropdown field.

Step 3 - Select Tour Scheduled as Action Item

Under the Action Item dropdown field, select the option "Tour Scheduled". A quick message will automatically appear in the field. Click the "Save Changes" button and you are done.

If you want to set up more notification alerts for hyTours, repeat the same 3 steps for Tour Reminder, Tour Cancelled, and Tour Rescheduled automations.
