How To Generate a hyTours URL for Google My Business & Facebook

hyTours' Scheduler can be embedded on several external websites including Google and Facebook. After generating your property's Scheduler's URL, you can follow our  How To Add a hyTours Scheduler Link to Google My Business and our  How To Add a hyTours Scheduler Link to Facebook.

Tutorial Guide

In this tutorial, you will learn how to generate a URL for your property's scheduler. You will be able to embed this URL in numerous external websites including Google My Business and Facebook. 

Step 1 - Navigate to Link Generator

In Hy.ly under your org select the hyBeacon app.



Select the Link Generator found under the dropdown menu in the top left corner.




Step 2 - Select the Property, Channel, Medium and Source

Select the: 
  1. Property - Select the property for which you want to generate the links.
  2. Channel - This will always be Prospect because this is an outward facing link that your prospects will be scheduling from.
  3. Medium - This will always be Web.
  4. Source - This will be the source or site that you are generating this link for. In this case, Google (and later Facebook).



Step 3 - Generate and Copy the Link

The URL will be generated. Simply copy and paste it in the respective fields when setting up your Google My Business and Facebook profiles.




Step 4 - Generate hyTours URL for Facebook

For Facebook, Steps 1-3 remain the same. The only difference is your Source as referenced in Step 2. Simply select Facebook instead of Google. You'll notice the link is unique to the source you select.



Now you have you URLs for your desired external websites and are ready to embed them.
