How To Edit hyTours Auto-Responders Emails


With hyTours the prospects get autoresponder emails when they schedule, cancel or reschedule a tour. You can also set up reminder emails.

There are 6 different tour automations as follows:
  1. Tour Scheduled
  2. Tour Rescheduled
  3. Tour Cancelled
  4. Tour Completed
  5. Night Before Tour
  6. No Show

In this article, you will learn how to set up 'Tour Responder' emails following the steps below:

Step 1 - Navigate to Tour Scheduled Artie

Go to your 'Org' in > Click on 'Automations' > Click on 'Playbooks' drop down > Click on 'Lifecycle Plays.'

Note - The auto-responders can be edited on org levels only. 

Step 2  - Select An Artie

Go to 'Touring Automations Section' > Hover over any of the arties and click on 'Edit.'

Step 3 - Navigate to 'In Person Tour' in 'Notify Prospect Artie'

Click on 'Notify Prospect' artie > click on 'In Person Tour' > Hover on to the email and click on 'Edit.'

Step 4 - Edit the Email body

You can now edit the email body and add, edit or delete the different email slices such as 'Header,' 'Body,' and 'Footer.' Make sure to click on 'Save Changes' once you have edited the email as per your requirement.

Step 5 - Edit Email Header

Under the 'Email Header' section, you can change the email's subject, the pre-header of the email, etc. Click on the 'Update' button to ensure the changes are updated!

Step 6 - Send Test Email

After making the changes in the sections 'Email Header' & 'Email Body,' you can simply send a test email to your email address, under the 'Send a Test' section, to make sure all the changes you made are reflected in the final email.
  1. You need to enter the email address to which the test email will be sent.
  2. You can also change the subject line prefix of the test email.
  3. Select the lead info you would like to use using any of the three options shown below.
  4. Finally, click on 'Send.'

Step 7 - Save the Changes made

Click on 'When Then' at the top left to go back to main page of the automation, and then click on 'Save Changes.'

Step 8 - Edit the Live Video Tour Email and the Self-Guided Tour Email

Repeat steps 3 - 6 to edit the Live Video tour and the Self-guided tour email.

Step 9 - Edit All Tour Responders

Repeat steps 1-7 to edit all the other tour responders: Night Before Tour, Tour Rescheduled, Tour Cancelled, No Show, and Tour Completed.
