How To Email/Schedule a Report in hyBlast


Before you access a Report in hyBlast, ensure you know how to navigate hyBlast. For more information on this, check out our overview: Navigating the hyBlast App.


In this tutorial, you will learn how to Email and Schedule a Report in hyBlast.

Step 1 - Navigate to Reports in hyBlast app

Login to hyBlast, select your Org and navigate to Reports in the left sidebar of the App.

Step 2 - Select Property Audit or Property eblast

Select either Property Audit or Property eBlasts to view the desired report. Here you will see how many eBlasts you have sent, how many were opened, how many were uniquely clicked.

Select the dates you wish to view for the Report. The date range will default to the last 30 days.

Step 3 - Email the Report

You can email these reports at the Org level. To do so, use the mail icon in the top right of the App. The report will be sent to the default email, which is the email you use to log in to your account. You can also add multiple emails as per your requirement.

Step 4 - Schedule Report

You can Schedule a Report and send it to as many recipients as you choose in the Send to field. Next, select from the Weekly or Monthly option and set Send Every field to the day of the week or the month you would like the Report to be deployed. The Report will then deploy on that day each week or each month respectively at 6 am. Finally, set the Send date range of field to either Last Week or Last 30 days. This date range will remain the same for each report unless you change it.

*Note: All fields can be changed; however, these changes will overwrite any previous Schedule format you had previously set.
