How to export hyMail reports using hyIQ

In this tutorial, you will learn how to export various hyMail reports using hyIQ.  You can follow these steps to export the different types of dashboards and export the reports:

Step 1 - Navigate to hyIQ

Under your Sub-org, go to hyIQ



Step 2 - Select the Report

Hover on to the particular report you need to access and then click on 'View Report'


Step 3 - The Types of Report

Below mentioned are the four types of Reports you can access:

  1.  Drip Contact Lists Report
  2.  eBlast Contact Lists
  3.  eBlast Dashboard
  4.  Drip Dashboard

Step 3a - Drip Contact Lists Report

  1. You will have to select the hyALM drip, such as Prospect Win-Back Drip using the dropdown shown in the first step below, and then select the campaign using the 'All Campaigns' dropdown.
  2. Then you need to select the type of contacts using the 'Sent Contacts' dropdown.
  3. Finally, you will have to select the date range for which you will need the report exported, after choosing the date range, whether it is Custom, This Year, etc.

  4. After setting the three, Click on 'Go.'



Step 3b - eBlast Contact Lists

  1. You will have to select the campaign using the 'All Campaigns' dropdown.
  2. Then you need to select the type of contacts using the 'Sent Contacts' dropdown.
  3. Finally, you will have to select the date range for which you will need the report exported, after choosing the date range, whether it is Custom, This Year, etc.

  4. After setting the three, Click on 'Go.'


Step 3c - eBlast Dashboard

  1. You will have to select the campaign using the 'All Campaigns' dropdown.
  2. Then you need to select the type of widgets using the 'All Widgets' dropdown.
  3. Finally, you will have to select the date range for which you will need the report exported, after choosing the date range, whether it is Custom, This Year, etc.
After setting the three, Click on 'Go.'



Step 3d - Drip Dashboard

  1. You will have to select the drip using the dropdown with the first option as 'Form Email Parse' below.
  2. You will have to select the campaign using the 'All Campaigns' dropdown.
  3. Then you need to select the type of widgets using the 'All Widgets' dropdown.
  4. Finally, you will have to select the date range for which you will need the report exported, after choosing the date range, whether it is Custom, This Year, etc.
After setting the three, Click on 'Go.'



Step 4 - Export Report

Click on the three vertical dots to view options and click the Export as CSV or Export as PDF, whichever is desired as per the user.




Step 5 - Download Report

A  - If you click on Export as PDF, it will open a page where you will have to click 'Download' to obtain the report as a PDF




B  -  If you click on Export as CSV, it will open a pop-up where you will have to enter the email address to which you want to obtain the report, then click on 'Download.'



You will receive an email with the link 'Download File'; a ZIP file will be downloaded on clicking this!


Step 6 - Schedule Report

You can also schedule the report to get a monthly, weekly, or daily report. Click on the three dots and select the 'Schedule Email Export' option.



Select the following details of the report such as:
  1. Frequency of the Report
  2. Date of Report
  3. Format of the Report
  4. Recipients' email id.
  5. Relative Date Range of the Report
Once done, click on 'Save,' and your reports are scheduled to be sent to you at regular intervals of your choice.
