How To Customize SMS Prompts for hyTours

In this tutorial, you will learn how to customize SMS prompts and how to navigate Telephony.
Note: You will not be able to access the Telephony app if you are logged in as a 'Property Manager'. Only 'Corp Admin' and 'Regional Managers' have access to this App.
Step 1 - Set Up SMS Prompts at the Org Level
Step 1a - Navigate to 'SMS Template' at Org Level
Go to 'hyTours' app at org level > Click on 'Agents calendar' drop down > Click on 'Admin Settings: Tour Scheduler' > Click on 'SMS Template'
Step 1b - Edit hyTours Prompts at the Org level
You will be redirected to Hy.ly's new app: Telephony. Here, you can edit hyTours Prompts at the Org level.
Note: Editing hyTours Prompts at the Org level will apply to all tour and appointment types unless you change them.
Step 1c - Edit the Customized Messages
You have Default Messages and Customized Messages. You can edit the Customized Messages, which will override the Default Messages. Remember to Save your changes in the top right of the screen.
Step 2 - Set Up SMS Prompts from the Property Level
Step 2a - Navigate to 'Custom SMS Template' at Property Level
Go to 'hyTours' app at property level > Click on 'Agents calendar' drop down > Click on 'Admin Settings: Tour Scheduler' > Click on 'CustomSMS Template'
Note: You will be able to edit SMS prompts for each of the tour/appointment types you have available on your scheduler. For example, if you offer Live Video Tours and In-Person Tours, you can customize SMS prompts for each tour type.
Step 2b - Select 'Customize SMS prompts for property' and 'Save'
After clicking on Custom SMS Templates, you will be redirected to Telephony.
1. Select 'Customize SMS prompts for property'
2. Click on 'Save'
3. Click on the link 'this property' to edit the SMS prompts.
Step 2c - Customize messages for each SMS message type
You can customize messages for each SMS message type (Tour Confirmation, Night Reminder, Morning Reminder, etc.). Again, these customized messages will override the default messages. Save your changes.
Notice the tabs for each tour/appointment type you offer and display on your scheduler.
Your customised SMS prompts for hyTours are succesfully set up!
