How to Setup Online Tour Scheduling with your ILS

In this article, you will learn how to set up online tour scheduling for a property with ILS. Various ILS uses the OpenTours API to communicate with Hy.ly, which results into enabling Hy.ly to get more prospects into it's CRM.
Apartments.com / CoStar
Follow these steps to set up online tour scheduling with Apartments.com
Step 1 - Fetch Property Listing URL in Apartments.com
Search the property name using Google, for example, Avenue Grove apartments.com, and click on the link that takes to Property's Apartments.com page as shown below
Step 2 - Fetch the Property ID provided by Hy.ly
Hy.ly's Onboarding Team or the Success Manager provides a unique Hy.ly Property ID i.e. PID via email or the Handoff Sheet to be used for external purposes like Costar & Rentpath scheduling
Handoff Sheet > hyTours Scripts & Links
Property Page in Hy.ly
Login to Hy.ly > Go to Sub-orgs
Step 3 - Email to be sent to onlinescheduling@costar.com
The Property will need to reach out to Apartments.com using this email address: onlinescheduling@costar.com, this email should contain the unique Hy.ly Property ID and the Property Listing URL for Apartments.com

Step 2 - Fetch the Property ID provided by Hy.ly
