How To Verify Your Call As Number

Prerequisites

Before verifying your "Call As Number" please ensure your hyCRM profile is set up. For instructions on how to do this, please review our How To Set Up a CRM User Profile.


Quick Steps

  1. After logging in to your hyCRM app, click "Contact Lists" found in the dropdown menu in the top left of the screen.
  2. Select the contact you wish to call and click the phone icon in the top right corner of the screen. 
  3. Enter your desired "Call as #" and verify it.
  4. Complete your call.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to set up your Call As Number.

Note: Your Call As Number, by default, is the phone number found in your Sub-org Property Essentials information. 



Step 1 - Navigate to Contact List

Go to your hyCRM app and click "Contact Lists" found in the dropdown menu in the top left of the screen.

 


Step 2 - Select the Contact to Call

Select the contact you wish to call and click the phone icon in the top right corner of the screen. 
 


Step 3 - Verify the Number

Before using your Call As Number, you will need to verify it. You will see the properties primary # in the "Call as #" section and click "Verify this number".
Note: Your Call As Number cannot be an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) number; ie. an automated 1-800 number with an options menu. 


You will receive a code after clicking this link. You will then be called at this number and, when prompted, enter this code to verify your number.

You should now see a green check mark indicating your number has been verified. 



You are now able to call prospects!
