How to export hyCRM reports using hyIQ

In this tutorial, you will learn how to export hyCRM reports using hyIQ. You can follow these steps to export different types of dashboards and reports

Step 1 - Navigate to hyIQ

Under your Suborg, go to hyIQ



Step 2 - Navigate to hyCRM Within hyIQ

Click on 'hyMail' on the top left to view other tabs on the left, click on 'hyCRM'



Step 3 - Select the Report to Access

Hover on to the particular report you need to access and then click on 'View Report'



Step 3a - hyCRM Dashboard

  1. You will have to select the widget using the 'All Widgets' dropdown
  2. Then you need to select the desired date range for which you need the report exported
After setting the two, Click on 'Go'



Step 3b - Pipeline Report

  1. You will have to select the Sub-statuses using the 'All Sub-statuses' dropdown
  2. Then you will have to select the date range for which you will need the report exported, after selecting the date range whether it is Custom, This Year, and etc.


Step 3c - Contact Preferences Report

  1. You will have to select the preferences i.e. Medium and Source using 'Select Preferences'
  2. Then, you will have to select the date range for which you will need the report exported, after selecting the date range whether it is Custom, This Year, and etc.


Step 4 - Export the Report

Click on the three vertical dots, to view options and click the Export as CSV or Export as PDF, whichever is desired as per the user



Step 5 - Download Report

A - If you click on Export as PDF, it will open a page where you will have to click 'Download' to obtain the report as a PDF



B - If you click on Export as CSV, it will open a pop-up where you will have to enter the email address to which you want to obtain the report, then click on 'Download'



You will receive an email with the link 'Download File', on clicking this a ZIP file will be downloaded!
