Context
Hy.ly has released a new app that streamlines reporting for property and regional managers. hySurvey offers:
- Easy data entry that you can share with your network
- A place to view your comps' reports
- Automatic reminders so you never miss a week
Overview
This overview will explain how to navigate hySurvey and utilize the app to benefit your reporting efforts.
hySurvey Navigation
To navigate to hySurvey, go to accounts.hyly.app and select hySurvey.
Home Tab
Once in hySurvey, you will be under the home tab.
In the home tab, you will see 'Property Status' and 'Comps' Status.' Comp Status indicates if you have completed your week's survey and when the next week's survey will be available.
You will also see the Comps' Status. This section will remain blank until you invite your peers. To view their current week's data, both you and your peers will need to complete your week's survey.
Surveys Tab
The Surveys tab displays your survey's status for the current week. You can also veiw previous surveys (complete and incomplete). *Note: You can complete surveys in both the Home tab and Surveys tab.

Comps Tab
Under the Comps tab, you will find the competitors in your network.
You will also see individuals who you've invited to your network but have not yet joined in the Pending Comps subtab.

Reports Tab
Finally, the Reports tab displays the 'Trend Chart' and 'Comparison Chart.' These give you a visual representation of your:
- Tours
- Leases
- Cancels
- Denials
