Tutorial Guide
In this tutorial, you will learn how to navigate the hyBlast app. This includes creating eBlasts, generating Reports, and setting up the Approval Process.
Step 1 - Navigation to hyBlast
Select your Org and Sub-org (property) in the lower left of the app.
Step 2 - Select and Edit Templates
eBlasts are email (and SMS [text] messages) campaigns you can send to Brokers, Prospects, and Residents. These templates include: Events, Offers, and Announcements. To create eBlasts, you'll first want to navigate to Templates on the left sidebar of the app. You will find templates for Announcements, Events Offers.
*For more information, check out our guide on How To Create an eBlast Event.
Find used/saved templates under your Property tab or Org Tab.
Step 3 - Create eBlasts
Quickly launch a new eBlast campaign by clicking the +EBLAST button in the top right of the app or by going to your Property tab and clicking Create eBlast on the desired template.
You can view your eBlasts in Draft, For Approval, Scheduled, and those Sent in your calendar. You can also use the legend at the bottom left of the app to filter your calendar view for specific eBlasts.
Step 4 - Check Reports
Reports allow you to view statistics about your eBlast campaigns. Reports can be viewed at both the Org and Sub-org level. To view Reports at the Org level select the Org only and click on Reports in the left sidebar of the app. Here you can see the eBlasts for all of your properties for a specific date range, and you can adjust the date range in the top left of the app.
At the Sub-org level, in the calendar view, you can look at the stats for a specific eBlast campaign by hovering over the eBlast and clicking Analyze.
You will see an Overview of the eBlast's statistics: Sent, Unique Opens, Unique Clicks, etc.
You can view a specific stat by clicking the dropdown menu in the top middle of the app.
Step 5 - Manage Settings
Under the Settings tab in the left sidebar of the app, you will see the Approval Process tab and Broker Upload tab. Under the Approval Process, Org Managers can set approval parameters. They can determine if eBlast campaigns need approval, if so, who can approve them, and which agents do not need approval.
Under the Broker Upload tab, you can upload Broker information so you can send eBlasts to Brokers.
You now know how to navigate your hyBlast app.
