Context

Hy.ly has released a new app--hySurvey--that streamlines reporting for property and regional managers.


Overview

This overview will explain how to read hySurvey reports and utilize the app to benefit your reporting efforts.

In the hySurvey app, navigate to Reports found on the left side menu.


Under the reports tab, there are two charts: Trend Chart and Comparison Chart. 


Trend Chart

The Trend Chart provides data for your property/ies and your comps' properties. You can review:
  1. Tours
  2. Leases
  3. Cancels
  4. Denials



You can filter the data by selecting all or some of the properties you have access to and the date range (Weeks, Months, Years, Quarters, or Custom).


You will see how your property compares, over the selected date range, with your comps'.


Comparison Chart

The Comparison Chart allows you to compare your performance with your comps on a week-to-week basis. Like Trend Charts, Comparison Charts look at:
  1. Tours
  2. Leases
  3. Cancels
  4. Denials



You can filter Comparison Charts by property/ies and survey week.


Again, you can review your performance for that week and compare it to comps'.


Data Sharing

hySurvey allows you to share data in many ways. Beyond sharing with comps once you complete a survey, you can share these reports via email.
To do so, click the 3 dots in the upper right corner.


You can:
  1. Email the report
  2. Download the report
  3. Schedule the report



The report you see will reflect the filters you have selected: Property/ies, Date range or Survey week depending on the report type (Trend or Comparison)


Emailing or downloading the report gives you immediate access to a one-time report. Scheduling, however, generates a recurring report.


When you click Schedule Report, you have the option to add:
  1. Recipients who receive the reports 
  2. The day of the week you would like the report to send
  3. The time of day you would like the report to send



Each week, on the selected day and time, the entered recipients will receive this report. These parameters will remain the same until you change them.



You are now able to read and send hySurvey reports.
